In this Year of Rotary Women: 1. For local (and Int'l) Communities: making a difference every week in the lives of others 2. For prospective members: the opportunity to give back, make a difference, and make new friends – HAPPINESS! 3. For current members: reasons to stay and get more active Also, we need: 1. To increase awareness in Northbrook for all the great things we do and that we welcome all committed new members. 2. To make women comfortable in the club; people join Rotary due to a friend/business associate member and women are most likely to be able to recruit other women. So we have to listen to current women members, on how to make the club more woman friendly. We need women - more than one in addition to Kathy Quinn - on this committee. 3. If each current member sponsored just one new member over the year, club size would double.
