Rotary Friendship Exchange Opportunity

Rudy Welvers, President of the Rotary Club of Huntley, has been appointed next year’s District Friendship Exchange Coordinator.  His first task will be to arrange the hosting of eleven British Rotarians visiting our good friends in District 6420.  These Rotarians will visit our District only from September 25 to September 28.  Obviously they wish to visit Rotary International Headquarters in Evanston among other things. 

If you are interested in hosting some of them please contact Rudy at rrwelvers@sbcglobal.net .  If you have never hosted foreign Rotarians be prepared for a great experience.  They are just like us, only they speak with an accent!  ("Come to think of that, some of us speak with an accent!” , said Gov.
