As of the end of August 2009, The Rotary Foundation is no longer funding matching grants for this Rotary year. That does not mean you cannot do an international project. Matching grants can still be submitted, with club and district money, but there will not be a match from The Rotary Foundation. .

The project must be a minimum of $10,000 and you still need an international partner. The district will match $1.50 for every $1 in your project up to the lesser of $3,750 or the amount you have contributed to The Rotary Foundation last year or this year.

The Humanitarian Grants Committee will also match contributions made to the Rotary International USAID International H2O Collaboration. Just send us proof of a contribution and the district will use the same matching rules to add to the contribution.
