Steps to become a Member of the District 6440 PolioPlus Society:
 
  1. Register your pledge to contribute $100 or more to the Polio Fund of The Rotary Foundation.
     
  2. Make your contribution(s) to the Polio Fund of The Rotary Foundation.

    You can contribute online at https://www.endpolio.org/donate. Note, you need to sign in with your Rotary.org credentials for your contribution to be attributed to your Rotary account. 

    You can contribute by mail with the contribution form. Note, be sure to include your Rotary member number so you contribution as credited to your account and the District can mark your pledge fulfilled. 
          Or contribute via Rotary Direct, our recurring giving program, at https://my.rotary.org/en/rotary-direct.  $100 annually is just $8.35 per month!
