INSTRUCTIONS:  The student will complete Section 1 and submit.  That will cause the system to send emails to:
1.  The Parent / Guardian at the address provided, for them to grant permission to attend RYLA, and to consent to certain waivers and releases.  
2.  The School Representative at the address provided, for them to submit a recommendation to attend RYLA.
 
The applicant will be informed via email when each has provided the information, and when the application is complete.
If you've provided the name of a sponsoring Rotary Club, they will also receive a copy of your application.
