The Rotary District 6440 Leadership Academy provides a great personal development opportunity for Rotarians wanting to serve with greater impact in their club or the district. The program is a six-and-a-half-month series of courses (no course in December) that covers RI Communications, Membership, Public Image, Youth Service, RI Organization, and The Rotary Foundation.
